  • Everyone at a dealership

    Ask your rooftop admin. If you work at more than one rooftop, or at none yet, ask a system admin at Dealer Velocity IQ.

  • Lost your authenticator app?

    The same admin can reset it. You set it up again the next time you sign in.

  • Locked out after too many attempts?

    Wait 15 minutes and try again, or ask the same admin to unlock your account.
